You can be a leader without being a pastor, but you cannot be a pastor without being a leader. True pastoral leadership involves equipping the flock to lead in their homes and workplaces revealing the righteousness of God with a humble spirit and with compassion. This leadership gives the glory to God and not to a man—all eyes on the Lord Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith.
